Returns

Our policy lasts 20 days. If more than 20 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. You MUST send us an email at orders@cart-support.com with the subject line REFUND REQUEST or RETURN REQUEST so we know to prioritize your email since it’s time sensitive.

If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return address.

We can only accept apparel exchanges for a different size, in the same color and style that was originally ordered. We do not exchange posters, hats, cell phone cases, or other non apparel products. Only one exchange is allowed for each item ordered.

We are happy to replace or exchange your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The product doesn't fit 
  • The product is flawed
  • The print quality is poor
  • The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.

* PLEASE NOTE: 

If your garment doesn’t quite fit, don’t worry! You can order a size replacement in the same design, style, and color as originally ordered if requested within 20 business days of the delivery date. The size replacement is $10 per item, shipping included. This is why it's important to check out measurement/size guide in the photos of each item. 

Why Does It Cost $10 to Get a Size Replacement?

All our products are custom made-to-order, and this small fee covers printing and shipping costs. Your replacement will ship out in 3-5 business days from the date it was processed. Actual shipping times and delivery dates may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. For domestic orders, final delivery and tracking are handled by USPS.

You must email us at orders@cart-support.com immediately to ensure your product is eligible for a return. Or you can call us at 1(855) 976-2892 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Time. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

There are certain situations where a refund is applicable but no return is necessary:

Any garment that has a defect will require photos in an email sent to orders@cart-support.com

with the subject line DEFECT. If your claim is approved, for reasons due to our error, we will send you a new garment free of charge.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

 Gifts

 If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you must first send us an email at orders@cart-support.com within 10 days of receiving your item. If your request is approved, we will send you instructions along with a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
