How Do I Know What Size To Order?!
We made this super simple for you. Under the product of your choice, there will be a sizing chart in the photos section (just scroll down, you can't miss it). Each item in that section will have it's own sizing chart. Keep in mind, they do run a bit small. If you're uncertain or in between- go up a size.
If you still get confused or can't find it..no worries:
Follow These Instructions:
1. Click on "catalog" at the top of Jewbees Home Page
2. Choose the collection you're interested in (for this example, you'll choose Adult Tees)
3. Click the item you're interested in
4. Once clicked, you'll see a big image of the tshirt and to the right will be the model, color, and size options. SCROLL DOWN.
5. As you scroll down, you'll see all the variants (colors/styles) of that specific shirt. At the bottom of all those images, you'll find the sizing charts.
6. BE SURE, to choose the sizing chart that matches the model. That way, you will know how to measure for that exact style :)

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
Your order goes through some very strategic processes to ensure your garment is of the highest quality. It’s made to order which is what makes Jewbees so dang special. Through this process, you should receive your order within 10-12 business days from when you placed it (sometimes sooner). Keep in mind, during the holiday season, it may take a bit longer due to high demand.
US Domestic Shipping
We estimate your item to arrive approximately 5 days after shipment to destinations within the USA (pay attention to the email we send you with your tracking information). For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & all other U.S. territories please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Final delivery is via USPS.
We can’t track orders shipped to locations outside the U.S.A after they reach their destination country. Please allow approximately 2-6 weeks after shipment date to receive your order. Longer than 3 weeks is most likely due to a package getting held in customs, or issues with the local postage delivery after the fact. This is why shipping times vary.
Military Base APO
Orders shipped to APO addresses are done via DHL Globalmail and then turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). This can take up to 45 days. Unfortunately, once a package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.
Can you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, of course we can ship to a PO box.
Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping, because all of our products are custom made to order. However, we are looking into ways to expand our shipping options for you.
Items that are shipped internationally from the USA are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.
Items fulfilled from the EU and UK are charged a 20% VAT rate.
Is There A Way To Track My Order?
Of course! As soon as your item is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep :)
I Tried On My Shirt And It Doesn't Fit.. What Now?
No problem at all, we understand mistakes happen. We’re happy to exchange it for you. Be sure the item is in it’s original form (unwashed) and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
You have 10 days from the time you received it to return it. We’ll send you instructions on how to return the item, once we approve the request. We can only accept apparel exchanges for a different size, in the same color and style that was originally ordered. You are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. That’s why it’s so important to view the sizing chart before ordering. If you haven’t already, be sure to view our return policy page for more information.
What's The Outline Around The Print On My Item?
Ah yes, we get this question quite a bit. Your garment gets pre-treated with a special solution to ensure color correctness and high quality resolution. On occasion, a little residue may remain on the shirt and show as a sort of “off-color” stain. Do not panic! This will totally disappear after you wash your shirt.
We mentioned this before, but it bears repeating. Before you wash your garment, be sure to follow the instructions on the tag. All of our shirts are pre-shrunk, and will not shrink if you wash as directed. It’s important to note that all combed cotton will shrink if it’s exposed to heat. So, don’t wash your shirts in hot water or dry them in a hot dryer. Cold water is recommended, and if you want to go a step further you can set your washing machine to the delicate cycle setting.
